The "packaging del sorriso" project

The project is the result of a collaboration between Migliore SRL, a company based in Modica, and the Galilei-Campailla Art High School as part of the PCTO program “Skilled Artists at Work.” Its primary goal is to promote workplace inclusion for students with disabilities.

Beyond its inclusive nature, this project carries an additional value: solidarity. A portion of the proceeds from sales will be donated to the Piccoli Fratelli association in Modica, contributing to a noble charitable cause.

Designing the Subjects

The students of “Skilled Artists at Work” designed various subjects to be used on the selected materials.

Graphic design

With the help of our graphic designers, the students learned how to vectorize their drawings for production purposes.

The students’ artwork has been transformed into a Production Line for Migliore SRL.

Let's meet the artists

Filippo is an incredibly sweet, sensitive, and curious boy. He loves the color yellow and comics.

Alessia is a sweet girl who loves horses and racing cars. When she grows up, she wants to become a graphic designer and create models for Ferrari.

Nahiara is a cheerful and sensitive girl. She enjoys painting flowers and creating comics.

Salvatore is a cheerful and imaginative boy with a strong desire to create. He loves drawing characters from his favorite cartoons and sometimes depicts them performing actions alongside him.

Victoria is a sensitive girl with great talent for drawing. She describes herself as “viral” because she is very sociable, and everyone knows her.

When Andrea draws, his strokes are delicate and subtle. He is a sensitive boy with a passion for sports and the gym.

Maria Pia loves drawing, painting, and creating with her hands. She enjoys working with others and creating for them. As a fashion student, she designs models to create clothing, a discipline she is deeply passionate about. She cherishes being with others and collaborating to contribute her skills and knowledge wherever she can.

Nicola is a young guy who values respecting the environment and loves listening to music by the band Powerwolf, as it makes him feel strong and confident.

How does it work?

The collaboration between Migliore SRL, a company based in Modica, and the Galilei-Campailla Art High School has given rise to the PCTO project “Skilled Artists at Work,” with the aim of promoting workplace inclusion for students with disabilities.

Contribution

For every unit of goods purchased, Migliore SRL donates €1.00 to the Piccoli Fratelli Association in Modica.

The “Piccoli Fratelli OdV” Volunteer Association in Modica has been carrying out activities for over 30 years, focusing on animation and socialization with people with disabilities and mental health challenges. It also works to raise public awareness about the issues surrounding different abilities.
